Just Like Joe

The ol' Ford is finally out the door. I really liked that truck, with the exception of the mpg's. Everytime I stepped on the gas, I felt like I was killing soldiers. Everytime I started the truck, landmines went off. Yesterday, Joe Singer and I spent the day in the Bay Area, and we came back with my new (used) car, and minus one '94 Ford with 196k on it. I'm now the owner of the most fuel efficient gas powered 4 wheel drive wagon sold in America. I know i'm not the most materialistic person (remember, I was the one giving away almost all of his personal possessions back in December), so it kinda pisses me off that a hunk of metal kinda makes me happy. Ok, so it's a super hot looking chunk of metal that does what the Ford didn't: pamper me in a/c, has a working fuel gauge, plays cd's, absorbs road bumps, AND gets 30 mpg! Oh, it also keeps the rain out. Yeah, so I feel a bit guilty for liking this car so much. It is hot, though. It all started when I met Joe, and he got me all into them. I was eyeing Audis on the list of Craig for nearly 3 years. Now I'm one step closer to being just like Joe. All I need now is a cool gf and i AM Joe! Jokes.

Meanwhile, the powers that be have dumped a foot of fresh on us for one of those special mid-week pow days! Here's Shane Goodwin getting corky in Mammoth. Snowboarding Saves Lives!
