Year Of The Dog

28's been a pretty bad year so far. Granted, I've only been 28 for a week. It's been a crap week. I've been spending the last couple days doing a bum on-snow demo at Kirkwood. I mean, it's cool to goof off with the other reps, but if we're gonna throw a demo, it'd be a lot nicer if dealers showed up. I'm not even gonna pitch up tomorrow. The biggest bummer this week was that I had to lose a really close friend. (Although the question remains: if she was such a good friend, then why did she do this to me?) In the last 2 days, I've gotten maybe 4 hours of sleep, eaten just 1 breakfast burrito, and have been drinking a lot. Of adult beverages. It's kinda hard to sell snowboards and fun when you're bummed out. I don't even feel like snowboarding anymore. It's finally snowing in Tahoe, and I'm not in the mood to shred it.
