Well it's beginning to look a lot like christmas, everywhere you go in Tahoe, because it's finally SNOWING! Finally! In light of that, I even had my first shred day yesterday at the Deathstar. Good to know that after 4 months, I still have it. Whatever "it" is. The weather has been so crappy since I've gotten here (read: warm and sunny) that I almost forgot why I'm here to begin with. But I guess NOT snowboarding all the time does have some benefits. Like, I actually got a lot of work done. So that's a bonus. It's almost amazing how much more energy and time one has when one isn't shredding snow or catching waves all day. I also learned how to make consistent fires in the wood stove. That was cool. Warmth is nice. The down side of not shredding was that I wasn't shredding. For prolonged periods of time, this results in foul moods and short tempers. Anyway, time to cut this brain fart short.
