Old Dog, New Tricks

Winter is apparently back in Tahoe, with cold temps and big snow flakes. Too little too late? You know I'll be out on the shred. I even went snow shredding yesterday at the deathstar. First time in almost 2 weeks and I live in the mountains! Between the 15 day burnout, planning Mayday (an upcoming Automaton art opening at Trio wine bar in Truckee on the 24th!), and making sure Automaton is alive and kicking, it's tough to find time for myself to shred. Esp if the snow isn't so fantastical. Strangely enough, I was having a blast in the corporately sponsored baby park. I'm finally doing change ups on the boxes and such. So I suppose an old dog CAN learn new tricks. Floating around my fs 3's and cab 3's makes me happy. And watching Josh's "unfinished" vid makes me smile. That vid even motivated me to try change ups, since Josh shreds boxes like he's a video game character. Papa M has been getting some play time on my itunes. Head Like A Kite, Four Tet, and Do Make Say Think, are up there as well. Oh, can't forget Lovage.
