I'm in Spain. I've been in Spain all weekend. Barcelona. It's a cool city, just not temperature-wise. It's very sunny. I'm sunburnt. I sweat a lot. I'm sweating right now. I can kinda get by in Spanish, but my Catalan isn't happening. Staying with Dylan and Carlota. Dylan is from LA, and Carlota from Barcelona. I met them through snowboarding. Dylan says I have permanent goggle tan. I dunno about that. Today's my last day in Spain, as I fly out tomorrow morning back to London, but I kinda wanna stay indoors to nurse the sunburn. I will head into town to meet the crew when they get out of work later. It seems that time doesn't mean much in Barcelona. People are doing things at all hours. Lots of energy. I think summer life here is based around the heat. Which may be why there is so much night life. We eat tapas a lot. And drink sangria. I think I've eaten everything under the sea. Octopus is great! So is paella on the beach. Gaudi designed and built some interesting buildings. Barcelona beaches are ridiculousness. Lots of heat, sun, beer, and boobies. Got to swim in the Mediteranean Sea. It was f-ing great to touch salt water again. It's easy to spot the tourist chicks because they have their tops on. Like a moron, I left my camera USB cable back at 107 Strath. So I'll post my Spain pics when I get home tomorrow (I didn't take boobie shots you pervs). Until then, enjoy me line drying my clothes.
