Mystery Photo

When i travel, I tend to get drunk a lot. I suppose that all that moving around makes me thirsty. And when i get drunk and have my camera with me, I tend to have many photos that I have zero recollection taking. Such as this one. Not a great photo. But I wondered how the f it got onto my camera. I knew it was in Europe somewhere. Just 2 months ago I was wandering south bank London and saw this exact building, but in the day. Location: London Bridge.
