Pure Evil!
We're finally getting un-hosed in Tahoe. My first pow day of the season was yesterday. It was a Christmas miracle! After weeks of crap weather, the storm clouds rolled in and let us know what's what. The snow layer was thin, so I was scraping rocks like it was going out of style, but the snow itself was pretty good. I like seeing the white stuff outside the house. And the bear tracks in them. 15 car-pile ups on 80. Yep, good times. If it were me, I would plow the streets but leave 4 inches of snow on the pavement. It's way easier to drive on a consistent surface than slippery-traction-slippery-traction. Hey, you don't come to the moutains without a warm jacket. So don't come here without 4x4 and snow tires, either. And don't gimmie that, "we can't afford 4x4" crap. I know plenty of people that live here without 4x4, and when it snows they either a) don't drive, b) hitch hike, c) drive and don't get stuck or f up the flow of traffic. I was one of them.Finally, a proof that reaffirms my belief that math is good for something! And it's so conclusive! Courtesy of the minds at Splattermail

No fair B! Where's the equation for guys?! If girls are evil then guys are gross! That shall be my homework for the day... Logic here I come!

well. there is a flaw in the interpretation of the equation. "and" is the same as addition. (e.g. two and six is eight. one and two is three.) also, "is" is the same as "equals to".
thus, it should, as written, be interpreted:
*girls is time and money.
*time is money.
*therefore, girls is money and money which is money twice (not squared).
*money is the root of all evil.
*therefore girls is the root of all evil twice.
*therefore girls is only the root of all evil times two, and not evil itself.
*and evil is girls divided in half to the power of two.
which is far too violent if i must say. just, er, screw 'em and buy 'em rocks. that way we're all happy and not depressed about things we can't change.
