See that fuzzy white stuff? That's snow! Finally, after TORRENTIAL rains which caused mud slides, closed 80, floods in Reno and Truckee, and a bunch of auto accidents including one involving cows, Tahoe's back on the great weather: snow! This still doesn't make up for the sucky rain the last few weeks, though. I really don't like getting wet unless i'm in the surf or in the shower. I'm like a cat. A cat that surfs and takes showers. At least the snow came after the holidays. So while everyone is back in their cube-shaped caskets come Monday, we'll be out getting our shred on. The storm's supposed to last 2 days, but hopefully there'll be a break for a couple hours tomorrow. This pic from my porch shows my double-black diamond driveway that funnels out on the left. We even have a cliff drop on the right. This driveway will not hesitate to make you file auto insurance claims. If it doesn't stop snowing until May 1, I won't be upset. Snowboarding Saves Lives!
