What a week! I finally got the Automaton 09 product catalog squared away about an hour ago. Next up is our art opening called: Honesty is the New Black, on the 10th at the Lab in Costa Mesa. The day after Halloween is a great day to buy cheap candy, so I did just that. I CANNOT stop listening to the new Aqueduct album. So good. Also, this folky band from NYC called Hem. They're good too. We're switching up distributors in Europe, so that's gonna be hectic. And I'm shopping around for a CEO for the company. I think Automaton is at the point where I had to admit that I AM the one that's holding it back. I need to find someone who knows how to run a business to take Automaton to the next level. That would leave me to continue with doing what I do best. Whatever that is. Making girls mad and stuff. Weiner cat has some real bad gas. I've been told to not feed him anymore cheese. But he LOVES cheese! How can I say no to the little dude? Yep, it's been a hell week, but a good hell, if you can imagine that. Oh, and I have just been informed that one of Europe's foremost snowboard rags, Whitelines, has chosen Automaton's Mixed Signals as 1 of 8 top jib boards for this season!
